Боловсрол, шинжлэх ухааны яам нь эрх бүхий тендерт оролцогчдоос  “Боловсролын чанарын шинэчлэл” төслийн хүрээнд “Боловсролын үнэлгээний төвийн мэдээллийн аюулгүй байдлыг сайжруулахад шаардлагатай тоног төхөөрөмж нийлүүлэх” тухай доорх жагсаалтад дурдсан барааны төрөлд үнийн санал ирүүлэхийг урьж байна.      

The Ministry of Education and Science (MES) is implementing L3594-MON: Sustaining Access to and Quality of Education during Economic Difficulties Project financed by the Asian Development Bank. By 2024, 2 schools and 4 kindergartens will be newly constructed, and 8 schools and 17 kindergartens will be expanded (with more than 4,200 seats created at the schools and 3,500 at the kindergartens) with improved insulation and heating systems; facilities for students with disabilities; disaster resilient features; and age- and gender-inclusive sanitation facilities for students. The construction supervision civil engineer will conduct construction supervision on designated construction/expansion sites to meet requirements of design drawings, technical specifications; construction codes, and standards; and contribute to timely completion of constructions within the contract completion deadlines. The MES and Project Implementation Unit might assign the construction supervision engineer to supervise any new site depending on the project requirement.

The consultant will support the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) in upgrading teachers and managers’ knowledge and skills to develop and deliver continuous professional development programs (CPD)  using online plarform. The consultant will work closely with the MES, General Authority for Education (GAE), the local education and science departments and other stakeholders in performing the assignment. The consultant will support the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) in introducing and implementing the school-based management (SBM) at 20 pilot schools and expand the implementation to 200 schools, to improve the school performance management. The consultant will work closely with the MES, General Authority for Education (GAE), the local education and science departments and other stakeholders in implementing the assignment. The consultant will support the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) in implementing the Comprehensive plan to recover from and reduce the student’s learning loss caused by COVID-19, approved in July 2021. The consultant will work closely with the MES, General Authority for Education (GAE), Education Evaluation Center (EEC), National Research Institute for Education (NIER), the local education and science departments and other stakeholders in performing the assignment.
